Telbix B2B Content Creation
Self led content creation as well as collaborating on social media posts and EDMs were part of my work as the unique experience designer and digital marketing intern at Telbix, a B2B lighting company. With the insight that the business had no dedicated staff or procedures for content creation, I worked on the following projects.
Key Achievement : Catalogue Creation
Market research and engagement with teams, stakeholders and users led me to develop Telbix's current revamped digital product catalogue and flipbook catalogue. This involved image manipulation using Canva and Figma, along with Shopify integration. Utilising colour psychology and usability heuristics, I conveyed simple and effortless user experience to the audience to view and enjoy the catalogue, while highlighting best selling products. The resulting catalogue allows users to easily navigate to their desired product display pages, enhancing client webpage discovery and engagement.
Additional achievements
Using Figma, I created colour palette guidelines based on accessibility design practices and collated other design assets to enable the marketing team to work on social media posts and EDMs with consistent tone, and collated that in Powerpoint as a formal document.
Design System/ Guidelines
Using Powerpoint, I documented the design, typography and system (a Shopify app) procedures to enable future design teams to work on design projects which align with the brand, thus ensuring consistency of design.
Catalogue Creation Guidelines
Combining UX copy writing and image manipulation on Canva, I created brochures for Telbix, as well as swing tickets and flyers for display homes for a Telbix’s client.
